All product prices displayed on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.
Payrahan reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted by us, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing, product, or promotional errors and may cancel an order affected by such an error.
Orders

Stitched & Unstitched Products
For stitched products, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements where custom sizing is requested.
For unstitched products, the fabric will be supplied according to the product description and selected variant.
Customers should carefully review product descriptions, sizes, measurements, colors, and fabric details before placing an order.
Custom Embroidery & Personalized Orders
Payrahan offers custom embroidery and personalized products on selected items.
Because customized products are made according to the customer’s requested specifications, they may require additional processing time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including embroidery designs, names, initials, measurements, placement preferences, colors, and other customization details.
Once a customized order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced by Payrahan. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further details.
Payments
We may offer different payment methods depending on your location and order.
You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information when required. Payrahan reserves the right to verify payment information and may cancel an order if payment cannot be successfully verified or completed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Payrahan may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website or communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, operational delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
