Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Payrahan ships via TCS, Daraz and Postex to all major cities and towns nationwide.
A flat delivery charge of Rs.299 applies to all orders.
Yes — Payrahan delivers nationwide via TCS, Daraz and Postex. This includes all major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Multan, Faisalabad) and smaller towns across all provinces.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or SMS with your tracking details. You can track your shipment directly through the TCS or Leopard Courier website using your tracking number.

Yes — Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders across Pakistan.
Transfer your order amount to our Habib Bank Limited and send your transaction screenshot along with your order number via WhatsApp to +92 348 1550425. Your order will be confirmed within 4–5 working hours during office hours. Full bank details are on our Bank Transfer page.
If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method. Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.
Exchange & Return Policy
We accept exchanges and returns on unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with original packaging and tags.
- Online purchases: Exchange or return within 30 days of delivery, with the original invoice.
- In-store purchases: Exchange within 14 days, with the original receipt.
To return an item, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. You will need to include a copy of the order invoice and the item in its original condition.

Refunds are processed via IBFT (bank transfer) within 96 hours of us receiving the returned item. For COD orders, the refund is sent to the bank account you provide.
