At Payrahan, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 working days across Pakistan. Payrahan ships via TCS, Daraz and Postex to all major cities and towns nationwide.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
- Custom embroidered, personalized, and made-to-measure items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective or incorrectly made by Payrahan.
- For size-related issues with stitched garments, please contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Unstitched fabric must be returned uncut, unstitched, and unused.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable where approved by Payrahan. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or another method agreed upon with the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
